ASEAN, Turkiye Explore Avenues for Enhanced Partnership

ASEAN and Turkiye reaffirm their commitment to foster the Sectoral Dialogue Partnership during the Sixth ASEAN-Turkiye Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee (AT-JSCC) Meeting today at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. Both sides exchanged views on ongoing cooperation under the ASEAN-Turkiye Sectoral Dialogue Partnership: Practical Cooperation Areas (PCA) (2024-2028) and explore ways to further advance the partnership.

The 6th AT-JSCC Meeting is co-chaired by Nararya S. Soeprapto, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs and Prof. Dr. Talip Küçükcan, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to ASEAN, and attended by Members of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN and their respective delegations. Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to ASEAN, Natércia Coelho da Silva, also attended as Observer
