SCDOT to temporarily close Siebert Road in Newberry County for repairs

​Columbia, S.C. (September 6, 2024) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will temporarily close Siebert Road in Newberry County for repairs beginning Monday, September 9. The road is expected to be reopened by the end of the week.

A map of the closure can be found below. Please note that the road will be open to local traffic only during the repairs.

SCDOT asks the public to slow down and pay attention when driving through the work zone. You can plan your route ahead of time by using SCDOT's 511 SC app or by visiting 511sc.org. If you can't avoid the area, SCDOT asks that you use caution and slow down when driving near crews.
