CLOSURE OF N. UNIVERSITY AVE. SOUTHBOUND EXTERIOR LANE

Lafayette, LA - Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG)'s Traffic, Roads, and Bridges Department announces the closure of the southbound exterior lane on N. University Avenue between W. Willow Street and Keeling Street beginning Friday, August 9, at 6:00 p.m. through Saturday, August 10, at 1:00 p.m.

The lane closure is necessary for the patching of concrete pavement as part of the University Avenue Revitalization Project.

Motorists are encouraged to exercise increased caution while traveling through the area, following all posted signs and directions from traffic personnel. Your cooperation and attentiveness are greatly appreciated during this time of roadwork. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
