​ Completed: Route 116 Bridge Replacement Project Near Gettysburg, in Adams County

The bridge is open to traffic

Harrisburg, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a bridge replacement project on Route 116 near Gettysburg in Adams County, has been completed.

The bridge, which spans a tributary to Willoughby Run just west of Willoughby Run Road in Cumberland Township, is open to traffic.

This project consists of the replacement of the existing structure, minor approach work, guide rail updates, and other miscellaneous construction.

Lobar Site Development Corporation, of Dillsburg, PA, is the contractor on this $935,279 project.
