of July 26th, 2024,  will be postponed to the next
business day due to the impact of typhoon Gaemi

3.Payment date of dividend distribution after the change:2024/07/29
4.Reason for the change:
M31 was originally scheduled to distribute cash dividends on July 26, 2024.
Due to Typhoon Gaemi affecting work in Taipei City on July 25, operations
for remittance at the Taiwan Clearing House need to be postponed. Therefore,
the distribution date for cash dividends by the company will be postponed
to the next business day (July 29).

If the typhoon Gaemi continues to affect operations, M31's cash dividend
payment date will continue to be postponed to the next business day.
