Outstanding current tax balances after the due date are subject to a 5% penalty on July 3 and a further 5% on September 4. Penalty applies on any unpaid balance, including unclaimed Home Owner Grants.
How to pay your property taxes:
Property tax notices are mailed out at the end of May and should arrive by first week of June. Property owners subscribed to receive electronic copies of their notices (eBills) should receive their eBill this week. If you did not receive your property tax, please contact the 604-527-4550
