WELLSBORO, PA - C&N is proud to announce that Melissa Wilt, VP - Regional Business Banking Manager recently completed the PA Bankers Association's Advanced School of Banking on July 25th, 2024.

Wilt, who has served the banking industry for five years and has over twenty years' experience in finance and insurance, works with business clients to develop new relationships, providing excellent customer service and tailored solutions for their business-banking needs.

The PA Bankers' Advanced School of Banking is a three-year program that teaches financial services knowledge and skills and prepares participants to become leaders at any level within their organization. Comparable to advanced college course study, the curriculum provides a greater understanding of the multiple banking disciplines and how those disciplines work together within the bank.

Wilt now looks forward to using the skills she gained throughout the course to enhance her hands-on approach with her clients, offering them customized business solutions and the right banking products to ensure their success.
