UHV Orientation helps students prepare for next steps

A future University of Houston-Victoria student holds up a certificate Saturday that shows her intent to attend UHV in the fall as her family and UHV's mascot, jaX, stand with her for a picture. The university hosted its second UHV Orientation event over the weekend, welcoming nearly 100 students and their families. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the campus, engage with Student Services staff and prepare for the upcoming fall semester.
