Are you ready to take the next step on your path to more meaningful relationships and interactions with colleagues, clients, and others?
A new learning series from Journey for Teams cultivates knowledge that helps us all do just that. Designed for busy veterinary professionals, each module in the Educational Sharpenings series will hone skills that facilitate positive interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
These 15-minute interactive experiences build on the understandings gained in the Journey for Teams educational modules, paving the way for us to have more meaningful connections and constructive conversations. The first module, already available on the Journey for Teams website, focuses on self-awareness.
Self-awareness is the ability to see ourselves clearly. Increasing your objective understanding of yourself makes it possible for you to know how others perceive you.
Each session combines an interactive module with a downloadable summary and exercise sheet to help continue the learning.

Not yet familiar with Journey for Teams? It's a voluntary program that provides a shared path for everyone in the veterinary profession to deepen knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and advance it in our workplaces. Using 15-minute, video-based modules, it engages teams and individuals with focused learning that inspires curiosity, reflection, and respectful dialogue.
