Route 50 Noblestown Road Traffic Shifts Begin Thursday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing gas line installation work on Noblestown Road (Route 50) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will begin Thursday, August 29 weather permitting.

Traffic shifts will occur on Noblestown Road between Poplar Street and Manley Street weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through late September. Crews from Columbia Gas will conduct gas line installation work along the sidewalk. Intermittent traffic shifts and a possible southbound lane restriction will occur.

PennDOT is not involved in this work and is providing this information as a public service announcement only. For further information contact Bryon Jones at 724-531-8499.

Please use caution if traveling in the area. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
