With this MoU, we are jointly exploring products and capabilities that leverage LIGNex1's supply chain efficiencies in South Korea. By tapping into LIGNex1's regional capabilities and technical expertise, we can expedite the deployment of our X10 platform across critical defense sectors in the Indo-Pacific. This access to a highly specialized supply chain will support faster production times and improved cost efficiency, which are critical factors in scaling our international defense presence.

The X10D platform, our most advanced autonomous drone system, is a perfect fit for this collaborative effort. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of military operations, Skydio's dual-use X10D combines state-of-the-art AI with robust autonomous capabilities, enabling it to perform complex surveillance, reconnaissance, inspection, as well as search and rescue missions with minimal human intervention.

Skydio X10D is a small dual-use Uncrewed Autonomous System (sUAS) that delivers advanced features, including all-weather capabilities, low-light operation, and obstacle avoidance. These innovations and more offer unmatched versatility and safety for operators in high-stakes environments. Through this partnership, our intent is to enhance X10D with precision electronic systems from LIGNex1. The outcome will be a drone platform that is both agile and adaptive to the unique challenges of the Indo-Pacific region.

This MoU with LIGNex1, alongside our collaboration with Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), is a strategic move to strengthen Skydio's defense expansion across Asia and beyond.
