September 6 2024: Weather update

The City of Galveston is monitoring tropical activity in the Gulf that could impact the area next week. There is still a lot of uncertainty in the forecast, but for now we just ask that residents stay weather aware and follow official weather sources at https://www.weather.gov/hgx/. The City will provide updates if there are significant developments in the forecast.
