Downtown Eugene Transportation Info Fair

October 2nd, 2024

More transportation changes are on the way for Downtown Eugene! The City wants to connect with residents about the future of Downtown's streets at the upcoming Downtown Transportation Info Fair on October 2nd. This info fair is a one stop opportunity to get any questions about transportation in Downtown Eugene answered, learn about upcoming projects, offer feedback, and connect with transportation community partners like Cascadia Mobility and LTD. Staff will be ready to discuss the following projects and topics:

  • Lincoln Protected Bikeway from 13th Ave to 5th Ave
  • Upcoming changes to the south and north side of Broadway and the intersection of Mill and Broadway
  • 6th and 7th Avenue proposed change to remove travel lanes and add parking
  • Making Hilyard 2-way between 8th and High/6th
  • Railroad Quiet Zones
  • 8th Avenue and how to use the new features
  • The Franklin Blvd Transformation's connection to Downtown
  • Downtown Transit Study outcomes
  • Walking, biking, and taking the bus to, from, and within Downtown Eugene
