The Licensee is licensed to operate a scheduled international service in accordance with the Arrangement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Peru set out in an Agreed Minute signed on May 31, 2013 (Arrangement).

The Licensee's certificate of insurance on the Canadian Transportation Agency's record will expire on July 1, 2024.
