Netflix Continues to Invest in Nordic Storytelling, Announces Three New Projects Launching in 2025

Netflix continues to invest in the Nordics, bringing more thrilling stories from the region across a variety of genres.

During a press lunch at Netflix's new Nordic office in Stockholm, Netflix today unveiled three new exciting titles launching globally in 2025. Swedish crime series Synden written and directed by Peter Grönlund (Goliat, Beartown) and Danish feature film SULT written and directed by Denmark's most loved comedy Duo, Ditte Hansen and Louise Mieritz. After more than 3 years since the second season of Home for Christmas ended, fans will also be reunited with Johanne when the Norwegian hit series returns to Netflix with brand new episodes.

The investigation leads Dani and Malik into a patriarchal rat-hole on the Scanian countryside and they soon find themselves at the center of a dark family feud that has been going on for generations.
