The Cadillac Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting of Monday, November 25, at 6:00p.m. for the receipt of comment on an application filed by Michael Lake- Veneklasen Construction, on behalf of the owner of the properties, Gary Pitsch, located on parcel numbers 10-055-00-001-00, 10-086-00-141-00, 10-086-00-139-00, 10-086-00-140-00, 10-086-00-138-00, 10-086-00-137-00, on Lake St, for a Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) site plan approval, to build 2 apartments buildings totaling 48 units. The property is zoned B-1, Auxiliary Business District.
The meeting at which the hearing will be conducted begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Cadillac Administrative Offices, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601.
