On August 20, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Anthony Medina, age 28, last known address of 107 Willow Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Simple Assault / Battery. Mr. Medina was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On August 20, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Bradley Peterson, age 59, last known address of 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1)Stalking Prohibited. Mr. Peterson was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On August 20, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Earl Dandy, age 29, last known address of 57 Power Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault of Health Care Provider. Mr. Dandy was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On August 20, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jonathan Perez, age 30, last known address of 54 Glenham Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Perez was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On August 20, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Earl Dandy, age 29, last known address of 57 Power Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault with Bodily Fluids While Incarcerated. Mr. Dandy was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On August 20, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Amanda Baker, age 29, last known address of 57 Power Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault with Bodily Fluids While Incarcerated. Ms. Baker was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On August 21, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force, the Intelligence Unit and the Lincoln Barracks arrested Robert Braxton, age 36, 21 Rowan Street 2nd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Xylazine; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - MDMA; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Psilocybin Mushrooms; 6) Large-Capacity Feeding Device; 7) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; and 8) Resisting Arrest. Mr. Braxton was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Sixth District Court and held without bail.

On August 21, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force, the Lincoln Barracks and the North Providence Police Department arrested Jason Palmer, age 40, 18 Dickinson Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Xylazine; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - MDMA; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Psilocybin Mushrooms; 6) Large-Capacity Feeding Device; and 7) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Palmer was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Sixth District Court and held without bail.

On August 21, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Mark Deshaies, age 36, of 1565 Victory Highway, Coventry, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Child Pornography; and 2.) Transfer of Child Pornography. Mr. Deshaies was processed at the Wickford Barracks and arraigned in Third District Court. The Honorable Justice Houlihan set bail at $5,000 with surety, to include no intentional contact with minors and limited internet use.

On August 21, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Robert Harris, age 49, of 24 Rosedale Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; and 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine. Mr. Harris was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Sixth District Court and held without bail.
