Ms. Catherine Owen resigned from the Board of Directors of OptiNose, Inc. (the "Company") on September 24, 2024. Ms. Owen's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Ms. Owen for her service and valuable contributions, and congratulates her on her new appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAD).
