WASHINGTON - Today, as Joe Biden attempts to tout his failed record in Pennsylvania, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Whatley released the following statement:

"Joe Biden only has 33 percent approval in the Keystone State because his policies have failed Pennsylvania families.
