PA Consulting appoints aviation and environmental policy executive Michael Rossell as Associate Partner in the US

Michael brings over 30 years' experience in the global civil aviation sector, with knowledge spanning regional, national, and international government. Michael joins PA from Airports Council International (ACI), where he spent more than a decade supporting member airports globally, and leading relations with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other global organizations. In this role, he was instrumental in transforming ACI's approach to safety, security, and sustainability.

Earlier in his career, Michael represented the UK on the ICAO Council, where he was responsible for international civil aviation regulation, governance, and policy-making. He was especially focused on regulations and policies which had a direct impact on the safe, secure, and sustainable development of civil air transport.
