The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) will be accepting funding applications from eligible applicants for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 County Fund for Housing (CFH) and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and Fiscal Year 2021-2022 HOME - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP). These funds are available for eligible affordable housing projects, and the eligibility requirements differ based on the applicable funding source. All prospective applicants are required to attend a mandatory technical assistance workshop in order to apply.
