MillerKnoll Earns ‘Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion’ status in the 2024 Disability Equality Index

MillerKnoll, a collective of dynamic design brands, has achieved "Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion" status in the 2024 Disability Equality Index by Disability:IN ®. The Disability Equality Index® measures a wide range of criteria including Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practice, Community Engagement, and Supplier Diversity. This is the first time MillerKnoll has scored in the Index's highest tier.

"Our associates are an essential part of our business, including those in the disabled community. MillerKnoll's commitment to this community is enabled through leadership support and our people processes, our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) efforts and the active engagement of our ENABLED Business Resource Group (BRG). Together we collaborate to ensure associates of all abilities have the resources, tools and systems they need to fully participate in all aspects of life at MillerKnoll," commented Cheryl Kern, Vice President of DEIB. "We are proud to receive this recognition from Disability:IN and we look forward to continuing to improve conditions which foster inclusion and strengthen a sense of belonging for all associates."

The Disability Equality Index is the world's most comprehensive benchmarking tool for Fortune 1000 scope companies to measure disability workplace inclusion inside their organization and to assess performance across industry sectors. By completing the Disability Equality Index, MillerKnoll demonstrates its commitment to disability inclusion and equality.
