On November 4, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Warwick Police Department arrested Anthony Marzilli, age 47, of 7 Elberta Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the State of Florida for Probation Violation on an originating charge of Child Molestation. Mr. Marzilli was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department on scene.

On November 5, 2024, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Mel'Ando Y. Streety, age 41, of 201 Canal Street, Unit 413, Lowell, Massachusetts, for one (1) count of Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Streety was taken into custody on the casino floor without incident, transported and processed at the Lincoln Barracks, and released on personal recognizance after an appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner.
