Joe brings over 20 years of banking experience to his role as Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking, with a focus on C&I lending, business development, and relationship management. His extensive background spans community banks and large financial institutions, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse businesses' needs across various industries. Joe's experience and his approach as a trusted advisor help him provide tailored guidance to clients on all their banking needs, from daily cash flow management to growth initiatives, expansion projects, and acquisitions.

A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Family Economics, Joe combines his academic foundation with hands-on industry experience that began during his college years as a teller and personal banker. He is actively involved in the community, serving as a board member at Blue Hills Country Club and volunteering for the First Tee of Kansas City. Joe has also held board positions with several non-profit organizations, including Friends of Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County and Carondelet Health.
