Human Services cuts ribbon on new office space

Sept. 26, 2024 - The Hampton Human Services Department made it official on Tuesday afternoon, cutting the ribbon on its new office space.

The staff had moved into the new space - at 400 Butler Farm Road, Suite 200 - in early June, but the ceremony was held this week to mark the completion of upgrades and renovations on the former commercial office space.

The department had closed to the public for two days last spring to facilitate the move and has been using the new office ever since. The office is open for its regular weekday hours, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
