Appointment of Singapore's Honorary Consul in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan
The Government of the Republic of Singapore, with the agreement of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has appointed Mr Talgat Chinikeyev as Singapore's Honorary Consul in Astana, with jurisdiction throughout Kazakhstan.
Mr Chinikeyev, 52, is the Founder of Interexim Pte Ltd, Prosperous Invest LLP, and General Partner of DKG Development and Aksenger Ltd. As Honorary Consul, Mr Chinikeyevwill perform representational duties and notarial functions, as well as extend consular assistance to Singaporeans in Kazakhstan.
