Appeal to locate missing man - Liverpool

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south-west.

Patrick Bazia, aged 56, was last seen at a medical facility in Liverpool on Monday 13 May 2024.

When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Liverpool Police Area Command were notified today (Friday 28 June 2024) and have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Patrick's welfare as he lives with a number of health-related issues.

Patrick is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 175cm tall, slim build, balding and moustache and goatee beard.

He was last seen wearing navy blue hospital scrubs, white sneakers and carrying a duffle bag.

Patrick is known to frequent the Liverpool area and may also travel to Dubbo and interstate to Canberra and Adelaide.

Inquiries have established he may have communicated with a health professional via SMS on Thursday 20 June 2024.
