Nicosia, Cyprus - 15 August 2024 - Mr Øivind Dahl-Stamnes, Board member, has through his wholly owned company Dorris AS today purchased 10,000 shares in Seabird Exploration Plc at an average price of NOK 4.88 per share. Following this transaction Mr Dahl-Stamnes owns 80,000 shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
