2024 Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure Amendment Proposals Deadline Extended

The deadline to submit a proposed amendment to the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona, has been extended from Saturday, August 31, 2024 to Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

(September 3, 2024 is the first business day following the original deadline of Saturday, August 31, 2024)

All proposed amendments may be submitted electronically, via the website (www.azb.uscourts.gov/local-rules), by email to [email protected](link sends e-mail), or in writing to the Clerk of Court, Khadijia White-Thomas, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 230 N. 1st Ave., Ste. 101, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
