Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Friday, November 15, 2024, at 7:59 AM, Troopers arrested Henry Lee, age 41, of 129 Webster Avenue, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of Providence Police Department. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Lee was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Sixth Division District Court.

On Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:11 AM, Troopers arrested Tabatha Sterling, age 41, of 100 Eaton Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) less than 10 grams. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street, in the City Providence. Sterling was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future court date.

On Friday, November 15, 2024, at 8:10 PM, Troopers arrested William Fothergill, age 59, of 67 Bouvier Avenue, Lincoln, Rhode Island. for 1.) Insurance Fraud with Intent to Present Claim, 2.) Attempted Larceny > $5,000 and 60 Causing Bodily Injury originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. Lemon Campbell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and was later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Cruz, age 42, of 199 East Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Domestic Violence - Violation of a Court Order originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road, in the Town of Lincoln. Cruz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 1:17 AM, Troopers arrested Yeimi Perez, age 42, of 303 Swan Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-trial Conference on the charge of Driving with an Expired License - Fourth and subsequent offense originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue, in the City of Providence. Perez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 1:52 AM, Troopers arrested Sergio Gutierrez Vergara, age 29, of 19 Lucas Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown, 2.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, and 3.) Resisting Arrest. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. Gutierrez Vergara was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future court date.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 4:03 AM, Troopers arrested Salomon Boga, age 30, of 19 Alma Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeit of Registration Plates and 2.) Giving False Document to Public Official. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the Town of Lincoln. Boga was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future court date.
