HM The King Congratulates Palestinian President on National Day

His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine, on the occasion of his country's national day.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses to President Mahmoud Abbas His warmest congratulations and His sincere wishes of health and well-being, hoping that the brotherly Palestinian people will fulfill their aspirations for freedom, independence, prosperity and peace.

On this occasion, His Majesty the King expresses His great pride in the strong ties of brotherhood and fruitful cooperation between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, reiterating the Kingdom's constant support for President Abbas' ongoing efforts to achieve the aspirations of the valiant Palestinian people to enjoy their just rights, notably the right to an independent State with East Al-Quds as capital, in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy.
