Seattle Police are investigating after three people were shot in broad daylight outside of a funeral gathering in the Central District this afternoon.

At 4:38 p.m., patrol officers responded to reports of multiple people shot near 26th Avenue South and South Norman Street. Police arrived and located a 30-year-old female suffering from a gunshot wound to her buttocks. The Seattle Fire Department arrived on scene and provided her medical treatment.
