At 4:54 PM, Troopers arrested Dashan Hodge, age 35, of 60 Prairie Ave, Apt.#3, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates out of State Police Headquarters, and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates originating out of State Police Headquarters. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Chalkstone Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was turned over to Adult Correctional Facility - Men's Intake.

At 1:46 AM, Troopers arrested Oliver Garcia Tobar, age 24, of 20 Zambarano Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown -First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
