Kok Jong (KJ) Ng, Enterprise Sales Account Manager and Adobe veteran of more than six years based in Singapore, believes, in simple terms, that his job is all about being a great friend to big companies that use Adobe's software. The digital experience business

I am part of the Adobe Digital Experience Business, which provides software and services to help businesses create, manage, and optimize digital experiences for their customers across various channels, such as web, mobile, and social media. Think of it as a toolbox full of digital tools that companies can use to enhance their websites, apps, and customer interactions. This includes website design software, analytics tools to understand customer behaviour, and tools for marketing and advertising online. In the enterprise space, we typically work across large, complex, and strategic accounts that require deep understanding of our customers and their needs.

Our mission in the Adobe Digital Experience Business is to help companies create amazing digital experiences for their customers.

My role in shaping the future

As an Enterprise Account Manager, my role is crucial in helping our Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers navigate market challenges and leverage emerging trends through Adobe's digital experience solutions. Here's how I contribute:

Understanding customer needs

By building strong relationships with FSI customers, I gain deep insights into their unique challenges and objectives. This understanding allows me to tailor Adobe's digital experience solutions to meet their specific requirements, whether it's enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, or driving digital transformation. Building and maintaining relationships across various executive levels and roles like CMO's, CIO's and the like really helps in understanding where the customer pain points are and having influence over the final outcome.

Providing strategic guidance

As a trusted advisor, I provide strategic guidance to FSI customers on leveraging Adobe's solutions to address market trends and stay ahead of the competition. This might involve recommending innovative approaches to digital marketing, customer engagement, data analytics, and regulatory compliance.
