Due to the potential for heavy rainfall with strong wind gusts and potential flooding in the area, Hall County Government facilities, including the government center, community centers, landfill, compactor sites, courthouse, animal shelter and libraries, will open as usual Thursday, Sept. 26 but will close at 3 p.m. In addition, all Hall County campgrounds will close at 11 a.m. Thursday.
