Sign your child up for the CERN leg of Switzerland's Futur en tous genres programme or volunteer to share your passion for your work!

On Thursday, 14 November 2024, join us for the CERN leg of Switzerland's Futur en tous genres programme, an initiative that aims to broaden the professional horizons of young people beyond gender stereotypes.

The event, organised in collaboration with the Swiss Department of Public Education, Training and Youth (DIP), will take place at CERN, in French, from 9 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. We will invite the children to explore various professional fields, encouraging them to reflect freely and without bias on their future careers.

Who can attend? The event is open to the children of CERN personnel who go to school in Switzerland, in the cantons of Geneva (9e), Vaud (7H to 9H), et Valais (8H).

The number of places is limited. Please visit this link for further information and to sign your child up for the event: Registration for Futur en tous genres 2024.

This year, we also want to invite members of our community to present their jobs. If you are passionate about your work and want to inspire the next generation, this is a golden opportunity to make a difference. The presentations will take place in the Globe from 11.30 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. If you wish to take part, please contact [email protected]
