Associated Bank completes $2.2M refinancing package for industrial outdoor storage facility near O’Hare Airport

CHICAGO - July 17, 2024 - Associated Bank announced completion of a $2,200,000 term loan to The Missner Group to refinance a 100-percent occupied single-tenant industrial outdoor storage facility near O'Hare International Airport.

The property is operated as an offsite parking facility servicing O'Hare and is currently leased to O'Hare Blue Sky Parking. The 16,562 square-foot building is located on a 3.03-acre site at the southwest corner of Irving Park and Mannheim Roads at 4333 Transworld Road in Schiller Park, Illinois. Missner acquired the property in February 2023.

Established in 1945, The Missner Group is a privately held real estate development, construction and asset-management firm headquartered in Des Plaines, Illinois. Daniel Barrins, a senior vice president with Associated Bank's Commercial Real Estate Division, originated the loan, the second one completed with The Missner Group in just over two months.
