College of Natural Health Sciences to Celebrate 10th Annual Alumni and Community...

The University of Wisconsin-Parkside College of Natural and Health Sciences is excited to celebrate a decade of building community and inspiring success at the 10th annual CNHS Alumni and Community Event on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 5-8 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom. This milestone celebration marks over a decade of fostering connections, celebrating achievements, and inspiring success within our vibrant community.

Tickets are $25 for students and $50 for guests. Check-in and the cocktail hour begin at 5 p.m. and dinner begins at 6 p.m. The keynote will be delivered at 6:30 p.m. and the event will conclude with closing remarks at 7:45 p.m.

Founding Dean Dr. Emmanuel Otu will be the keynote speaker. He will highlight the legacy of UW-Parkside and the impact that the College of Natural and Health Sciences has had on our community. From groundbreaking research to innovative partnerships, the institution continues to be a beacon of excellence, driving positive change and shaping the future of the region. The College of Natural and Health Sciences was founded in 2012 and today offers more than 50 majors, minors, concentrations, and certificate programs, including Applied Health Sciences, environmental studies, and sport management.

In addition to celebrating collective achievements, the recipients of the 2024 Advisory Board Scholarships will be recognized. These scholars exemplify the values of academic excellence, leadership, and community engagement that are at the heart of UW-Parkside and the College of Natural and Health Sciences. The event will provide opportunities to donate in support of our students with all proceeds going towards student scholarships.
