On September 15, 2024, Chunyi (Amy) Leong informed SkyWater Technology, Inc. (the "Company") of her decision to resign from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") effective September 29, 2024. Ms. Leong's decision to resign from the Board was not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
