StatVentures Address Geolocation Challenge Phase 2 Announced

SEPT. 27, 2024 - The U.S. Census Bureau's Census Open Innovation Labs announced the launch of Phase 2 of the StatVenturesAddress Geolocation Challenge. Phase 2 rules and requirements are available on challenge.gov. Interested applicants can submit applications from Nov. 4 through Dec. 13, 2024.

The StatVentures Address Geolocation Challenge invites organizations to propose new approaches to produce more complete, accurate, timely and granular data on the locations of residential addresses in the United States, especially in rural and remote locations.

StatVentures scouts technology through collaborations with innovators outside of government to ensure the Census Bureau continues to provide the highest quality data.
