The loan transferred to special servicing on 7/3/2024 due to non-monetary monetary default. The Borrower has not been compliant with numerous requests by the master servicer (Wells Fargo) to implement hard cash management due to the

credit downgrade of the tenant (Walgreens). On or about December 11, 2023, Walgreens was downgraded by Moody's to Ba2. The downgrade caused the credit rating to fall below the Minimum Ratings of at least BBB- and as such, a Trigger

Event commenced. The Special Servicer is continuing to push the Borrower to comply with the loan's cash management provisions.
