Paycom employees support Canine Companions® with donation and service day

OKLAHOMA CITY (July 26, 2024)- Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $35,000 to Canine Companions through its employee giving program and company dollar-for-dollar match. The donation will cover veterinary expenses for 12 service dogs during their time in professional training.

"Our employees continue to donate to this organization because they believe in its purpose," said Amy Walker, executive vice president of sales at Paycom. "We hope our contributions result in many perfect matches for Canine Companions clients who need a service dog."

Canine Companions trains and provides service dogs for children, adults and veterans with disabilities and provides facility dogs for professionals in the criminal justice, educational and health care industries free of charge since it was founded in 1975.

"At Canine Companions, the lives of children, adults and veterans are impacted each day through partnership with a service dog," said Laura Manning, director of philanthropy at Canine Companions. "These life-changing matches provide greater independence, confidence and love and would not be possible without the dedicated support of our friends at Paycom."

Along with their donation, Paycom sales interns celebrated National Intern Day by volunteering at Canine Companions. The group cooked and served meals for their staff as they celebrated Disability Pride Month.

"This internship has been memorable for multiple reasons, but being a part of events like these has shifted my worldview and made me realize the value of working for a company that gives back," said Lily Martinson, sales intern at Paycom.

The employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals living with disabilities and food support for individuals and children needing assistance. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits every year so employees can donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Additionally, the company matches every dollar donated through the employee giving program.
