Families of American Hostages held in Gaza Available at Republican Convention Wednesday, July 17

Parents and aunt of American hostages will tell their stories

Milwaukee, WI- Today, Concerned Women for America (CWA), the nation's largest public policy women's organization, announced it will be hosting families of American hostages brutally captured by Hamas on October 7, 2023 at their She Prays She Votes bus venue at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, July 17, at 4:30 pm.

The event will feature Orna and Ronen Neutra, parents of Omer, an American born 21-year-old Israel Defense Force soldier captured defending the border and Liz Naphtali, great aunt of four-year-old Abigail Edan who was captured as her parents, Roy and Smadar, were murdered by the terrorists. Abigail was released earlier this year amid ceasefire negotiations.

"We are honored to host, support, and pray for these families who have suffered such great loss and who wait in hope for their loved ones to come home. We want the world to hear their stories and our government to act to get these hostages home to their families," said Penny Nance, CEO and President of CWA. "We must send the weapons promised to Israel now and help them destroy these vile terrorists whose barbaric disregard for life has been on display to the world."

Support for Israel is one of Concerned Women for America's seven core issues.CWA has connected hostage families with Members of Congress and its Young Women for America (YWA) leaders have been holding prayer vigils for Israel on college campuses and at civic centers around the country to focus attention on the suffering of the Jewish people and victims of the horrific terrorist attacks.
