BRANDT Adds EH&S Manager for Central Region

Springfield, IL (6 December 2022) - BRANDT has hired Justin Olson as EH&S manager for its Pleasant Plains Specialty Formulations plant. As a member of BRANDT's Environmental, Health & Safety team, Olson will report to Cortney Graham, BRANDT Central Region EH&S Manager.

Olson will be responsible for continuing to build BRANDT's safety culture at its largest North American manufacturing plant while also helping instill EH&S best practices across BRANDT's other Illinois and Iowa locations. Specifically, Olson will help ensure conformance to regulatory requirements and reduce liabilities by identifying and managing workplace risks.

Previously, Olson was a supervisor of safety at City, Water, Light and Power in Springfield. Before that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at various companies in the energy sector. He holds a degree in geology from Western Illinois University.

Olson will replace the retiring Mike Sullivan, currently the EH&S manager at Pleasant Plains.
