Greenberg Traurig’s Julia Frost-Davies Speaks at SFNet Annual Conference

BOSTON - Nov. 20, 2024 - Julia Frost-Davies, a Restructuring & Bankruptcy shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Boston office, spoke on the "Navigating Financial Terrain: Exploring Restructuring Strategies and Cost Alternatives in Bankruptcy" panel at the 80th Annual SFNet Convention, Nov. 15 in Houston, Texas.

The panel explored effective restructuring strategies and cost alternatives available in bankruptcy, highlighting practical approaches for businesses facing financial distress. Frost-Davies and fellow panelists discussed the nuances of navigating these complex decisions to optimize outcomes while minimizing costs.

Frost-Davies has more than 25 years of experience representing creditors in complex Chapter 11 cases. She counsels clients in distressed debt situations, and those facing bankruptcy litigation and appeals. Frost-Davies regularly represents investors and lenders throughout the capital structure, across a diverse range of sectors, on all aspects of restructuring and related litigation, including debtor-in-possession financing, distressed mergers & acquisitions transactions, claim and plan negotiation and litigation, and out-of-court workouts.
