Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of October 14, 2024

*NEW* Matthews and Menifee Roads - Intersection Closure

Southern California Gas Company will temporarily close the intersection at Matthews and Menifee Roads during the daytime. Temporary traffic control and detours will be provided. This work will continue through the end of November.

*NEW* Rouse Road from Antelope to Dawson Roads - Road Closure

Lennar Development will be closing Rouse Road from Antelope to Dawson Roads as they continue construction work in that area. Temporary traffic control and detours will be provided. This work will continue through the end of December.

*NEW* Domenigoni Parkway - Underground Utility Work

Banner Park II will be installing underground utilities on Domenigoni Parkway. Traffic control will beset up by developers for the next two months. Motorists should expect delays during the week.

Briggs Road from Tres Lagos Drive to Newport Road - Roadway Construction

Lennar Development has completed roadway construction on Briggs Road from Tres Lagos Drive to Newport Road and Tres Lagos Drive from Southshore Drive to Briggs Road. All lanes are now open.

Bradley Road - Richmond American Underground Utilities

Richmond American continue street improvements and widening work on Bradley Road through early November. Temporary full-time traffic control will be in place from the project boundary to Newport Road. Lane closures remain in place and flaggers will be present as needed. Work is expected to occur intermittently through January 2025.

Ridgemoor Road - Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Pipeline Project

EMWD continues working on the pipeline located on Ridgemoor Road west of Valley Boulevard. This project is anticipated to be completed by Monday, October 21. Motorists should expect traffic delays and temporary traffic control.
