Baruch College ranks as the top institution for value in New York and the tri-state region, according to the online educational information provider Niche.

On Niche's "Best Value College in the New York City Area," Baruch placed ahead of schools such as: Columbia University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Stony Brook University, Barnard College, and University of Connecticut.

Baruch also earned top rankings within New York State:

• #1 of 62 - Best Colleges for Accounting and Finance
• #5 of 39 - Top Public Universities
• #7 of 87 - Best Colleges for Business
• #9 of 116 - Best College Locations

Nationally, Baruch placed:

• #9 of 821 - Best Colleges for Accounting and Finance
• #16 of 1,462 - Best Value Colleges
• #22 of 377 - Best Hispanic-Serving institutions
