The Austin Brassworks was formed in 2018, though its origins stretch back to 1998. The group plays original works for brass quintet as well as high-quality transcriptions of music in a wide range of styles, from classical to jazz to folk to pop.
The ensemble's five musicians are familiar faces in the local musical scene.
