The objective of this Project Task is to define a comprehensive Restructuring Plan for the Igalo Institute, ensuring not only short-term financial stabilization but also long-term financial recovery and enhanced business competitiveness. The Restructuring Plan will include an analysis of the current situation, identification of key problems and challenges, and proposals for specific measures and activities necessary for the Institute to achieve profitable and sustainable operations.
