Tomball Police Department Pinning Ceremony

On Thursday, Sept. 19, Tomball Police Department personnel, along with family, friends, and City staff, gathered for the department's annual Pinning Ceremony and Uniform Inspection. During the event, 15 police personnel, both sworn and non-sworn officers, took the Oath of Office, administered by Councilman Randy Parr. These officers were officially pinned with their new badges, marking a significant milestone in their law enforcement careers.

The ceremony also included a formal inspection of all personnel's uniforms, followed by an award presentation to honor exemplary service. Notably, several employees were recognized for their dedication, with awards given for Employee of the Quarter, Departmental Awards, and the prestigious Life Saving Award. Officers Cody Crutchfield, John Willard, and Corporal Derek Townsend received the Life Saving Award for their outstanding bravery and commitment to public safety.
